We roast using an Electric Fluid Air Bed commercial machine built in Idaho, USA. We believe this style of roasting is particularly effective in highlighting coffee’s innate brightness. We generally roast to a ‘Light Omni’ profile, allowing sufficient development to bring out the beans’ potential, without compromising their inherent qualities.
